  • Not at all! My coaching is tailored to your level—whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of training experience. We start with an assessment to determine the best approach for your goals.

  • Each in-person personal training program includes:

    • One-on-one coaching to ensure proper form and progression.

    • Support and accountability to keep you motivated.

  • Yes! If you prefer flexibility, I offer online coaching programs that include:

    • Personalized training plans accessible through a user-friendly app.

    • Video form reviews and feedback.

    • Regular check-ins to track progress and make adjustments.

  • I specialize in coaching clients with movement restrictions, previous injuries, or mobility limitations. I design training programs that work with your body, not against it, helping you move pain-free while getting stronger. If you’re currently in physical therapy, I can work alongside your healthcare provider to support your recovery.

  • The first step is to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, training history, and any challenges you’re facing. It also helps us determine if we’re the right fit to work together.

    If we decide to move forward, the next step is to book a consultation session. In this session, we will:

  • I primarily focus on 1-on-1 coaching to provide the highest level of personalization, feedback, and progress trackingfor each client.

    However, I also offer semi-private training (small groups of 2-4 people) if you have a training partner or friend who shares similar goals.

    Additionally, I offer in-home personal training if you have a home gym or necessary equipment. This option provides private coaching in your own space while still receiving expert guidance.

  • I am based in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada, and offer in-person personal training for local clients.

    If you live farther away or can’t commit to multiple in-person sessions per week, I also offer hybrid training. Depending on your training age (how long you’ve been training), we can create a mix of in-person sessions and self-guided training. This allows you to receive hands-on coaching while also following a structured program independently.

    I also offer in-home personal training for clients who have a home gym or the necessary equipment. If you prefer to train at home but still want expert guidance, we can work together in your own space while tailoring a plan that suits your setup and goals.

    Hybrid and in-home training are great options if you want expert coaching but can’t make it to in-person sessions regularly. Let’s find the right approach for you!

  • Come prepared with:

    • Comfortable workout clothing

    • A water bottle

    • Any necessary medical or injury-related information

    • A positive attitude—let’s get to work! 💪

  • I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel a session. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, I have the following policy in place:

    • More than 24 Hours Notice – No charge. You can cancel or reschedule your session without any penalty.

    • Late Cancellations (12 to 24 Hours Before Session) – A 50% session charge will apply. This helps cover the reserved time while allowing some flexibility.

    • Less than 12 Hours Notice & No-Shows – The full session fee will be charged. No-shows (failing to attend a scheduled session without notice) are also fully charged.

    • Emergency Situations – I understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss options.

    • Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate a new time within the same week, subject to availability.
